Long-term lease to a wind operator

The Punta Colorada Wind Farm (20 MW, 10 turbines) has operated on our land since 2011 under a long-term land lease. The operation is verifiable in Chile's public electricity-sector records.

Management of electrical and right-of-way easements

More than a dozen easements from various owners, registered between 2008 and 2025, cross or access the property. We manage their creation, access for works and maintenance, and coexistence among occupants, including a 2026 access easement for the Kimal–Lo Aguirre HVDC line, Chile's largest transmission project. An uncommon capability among landowners.

Step-up substation within the property

The Punta Colorada Substation (220 kV), a step-up substation, sits and operates within the property, raising the voltage of local generation for injection into the transmission system: critical electrical infrastructure coexisting with the other land uses.

Current

Land reservation for a solar PV project

A power generation company holds a paid reservation of approximately 200 hectares for the development of a solar PV plant.

Battery energy storage (BESS)

A battery energy storage project is under development on the property.
