What we collect and why
We only process the data you choose to send through the contact form: name, company, email, project type and your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and assess a possible business relationship. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, in accordance with Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and Law No. 21,719 on personal data protection.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools and does not profile its visitors.
Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service, which may involve a technical request to Google's servers when each page loads.
Retention
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, maintain the business relationship; we then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion of, or objection to the processing of your data by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.
